Can the bracelets withstand water and activities?
•Yes - all our current bracelet bands are either nylon or cotton based and can withstand water.
•The puzzle piece may develop a worn look over time with wear but will not lose the imprint of your word.

How many letters are you able to fit on a ring?
•You are able to fit up to 14 characters on a puzzle piece, including spaces.

Can I change my word after an order is placed?
•Once an order is placed we are unable to change your word. All of our pieces are custom made with in 1-2 days of placing the order. Please be sure of your word before placing your order.
