What brands do you print on?
All Turfitti STR standard t-shirts are printed on American Apparel and are 100% manufactured and printed in the USA. Turfitti STR apparel is sourced of a variety other brands.
How do I know what size shirt to order?
Each product page has links to sizing charts. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product.
I ordered two shirts of the same size, why is one smaller?
Some of the designs are printed on different style shirts. Check the product description for any special sizing notes.
How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?
The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts and hoodies are heat transfer. Most of the shirts are printed with heat transfer vinyl.
Do you print your own shirts?
Yes, to ensure quality design. Turfitti STR aims to invest time and attention to each production personally. Each item is made to order.
Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design?

Shipping
How long does it take for shirts to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us.
